Patrick and I are starting our lifestyle change. . I cant believe pat is going with me. This is huge for the ole husband. I wander how long this will last. 2 weeks? 3 weeks? I give it 3. The problem is we love to eat! We live to eat! WE both quit smoking about a year and a half ago. WE did it together. We both gained weight together too!. I still cant believe I don't smoke. I miss it! I think about! I will never go back. Its like I lost my old pal. My nookie!
well goodbye to my other friend..."the cookie".Well for at least some time..that is!
